Privacy Policy according to GDPR

The Internet pages Sherpaschule Bamti (hereafter referred to as “These Internet Sites”) are operated by Kinderhilfe Nepal / Indien e.V. (1st Chairwoman Jutta Schaut) (hereafter: “The Operator”). Data protection has a high priority for the operator. A use of these internet pages is basically possible without any indication of personal data. If special services of the operator are used on these internet pages, however, a processing of personal data might become necessary. If this is the case and there is no legal basis for such processing, the data subject’s consent is obtained beforehand.

The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address or telephone number of a data subject, is always in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals the processing of personal data, the free movement of data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (‘the General Data Protection Regulation’ or ‘GDPR’) and in accordance with the country-specific data protection provisions applicable to those websites. Responsible Person or the Controller of the Processing
The controller of the processing or controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, body or body that, alone or in concert with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data. If the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law or the law of the Member States, the controller or the specific criteria of his appointment may be provided for under Union or national law.

Therefore the operator can not assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent content control of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon notification of violations, the operator will remove such links immediately.

It is possible that not all links lead to encrypted, ergo SSL or TLS pages. The operator has no influence on that. The risk assessment, whether you want to use the link to the external page, is up to you.

Collection of general data and information

This website collects a set of general data and information with each access by an affected person or an automated system. This general data and information is stored in the log files of the server. Can be detected

Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like-Button” while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the contents of the Sherpa School Bamti page to your Facebook profile. When you visit a page of the operator  that has a YouTube plug-in, it will connect to the servers of YouTube. It tells the YouTube server which of the operator’s pages you’ve visited.

If you are logged in to your YouTube account during this time, you enable YouTube to associate your surfing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
